Adventure Mode

Adventure is the main PvE (Player vs Environment) game mode in Animation Throwdown.

There are multiple Chapters, each with three opponents. It costs Energy () to play a Chapter opponent. If successful, Coins , XP, and Cards or other items are awarded.

If you defeat the same opponent 3 times, you will receive the card reward for Mastery of that tier. The opponent will get stronger and the Energy cost increases at higher levels. For details of energy costs, refer to the list on the official help page.

There are Quests for mastering Silver, and Gold, and Onyx tiers of multiple Chapters.

After completing the Onyx Mastery Tier, each time you defeat the opponent you get a chance of Watts and Golden Turds (plus Coins and other loot if Opt-In Bonus is active). (At one time there was a chance of a specific Epic card dropping, but that has been removed - you can no longer farm for multiples of the same card this way.)

Silver Mastery/Tier: You will receive 2 Rare Cards

Gold Mastery/Tier: You will receive 1 Epic Card (2 different ones for 27-3 and higher)

Onyx Mastery/Tier: You will receive 1 Epic Card (2 different ones for 27-3 and higher)
